swapping 1996 5.9 to a 2000 5.9

hi im in the midst of swapping my engine and transmission out of my truck i bought a 2000 model donor truck both trucks have the 5.9 just wondering if i would have to change all of my harnesses and or just my pcm if just my pcm would it fit with the wiring harness to the 96?

Just put your intake manifold of your original motor onto the new one and you won't have to change no harnesses or nothing
