Here is what I think, the trims are named after Wyoming places. It could be a massive coincidence, but I don’t know.

Laramie trim, Laramie, Wyoming
Big horn trim, Big horn county, Wyoming

Those are the ones I know of and if you can tell me if they are or not, please do

I think they just like the image and association with untamed wilderness and cowboys and ranches, just like GM had Cheyenne pickups and Scottsdale pickups before the town of Scottsdale ended up being just dentists, greasy Jersey Shore wankers and elderly people who hate their children.

Anyway I await the Ram Meeteetse https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meeteetse,_Wyoming

All I can say is they better be very careful with the next name they choose.

The Chugwater trim would come with a pot of chili.

The Hell's Half Acre trim would come without AC.

Can't wait to see what the Grand Tetons trim comes with.

Well there is a "Whiskey D**k Mountain" in Washington... not entirely sure that would be a good name.

But there's a SAVAGETON in Wyoming which would be a sweet name, I'm envisioning a 3500 on 37's with a thousand horsepower gas engine. :D

Bighorn is for the sheep

Longhorn is for the Cattle

Tradesman is for the worker.

But, I would agree Laramie is for the city.

Limited makes no sense, lol

TRX...well that is a Dinasour

The whiskeydick edition could be jacked up on 37s with a 4cylinder out of the pt cruiser.

and the rev limiter is set at 1500rpm but every once in a while it blips up to 3000 for a second to give you hope? :banana-mario:

The edition named after Buttzville, North Dakota would have the best, most awesome cushy leather seats you ever sat on...

I have a Ram 1500 Buttzville.......
