uconnect not working

My uconnect has stopped working...no light shows in the mirror and it does not activate. checked the connections visually at the mirror and in the right windshield pillar....all looks a-ok. Anyone know which fuse controls this feature ( i did check the fusebox under the hood)? Is there another connection point along the way to the fuse box that might be the problem? Could my uconnect have simply just stopped working....looking to have credible info before I take it to the dealer, so any help is most appreciated.

One of my coworkers ahs a ford with U-Connect. When his stops working he pulls the fuse and then it will start working again. Not sure just what causes it though.
