Hi, new member here...
I have a 2009 Dodge Ram crew cab with about 55K miles. Haven't driven the truck much lately and now I find the "Electronic Vehicle Information Center" does not display.
When I open the door the display lights up -- with no info -- but when I close the door and start the truck the display goes dark and I get *nothing*.
Recently, after a heavy rain, I discovered the rear three-piece power sliding window was leaking and I had about an inch of water in one of the wells under the rear seat. Inside windows -- both front side windows and windshield -- had water condensation, so I know inside truck was damp.
Is this a common problem? Maybe a blown fuse? Maybe caused by dampness, so will work again after interior dries out? Or is it a more sinister sign of a big repair bill in my immediate future?
Thanks in advance for any information or advice.
Frank
