Weather stripping crumbling on a 2016

I recently discovered this weather stripping / rubber is literally crumbling. Thanks Texas heat.

What am I looking at? I can't figure out what this piece is or the part number.

And how hard is this to replace? I'm assuming I would need to pop the fenders out to get access for those portions.

Wiper cowl replacement

My wiper cowl is breaking and coming apart. Do they make any that look better than the factory ones? Or has anybody tried to paint them?

I'm not sure if there are other parts needed, but I will need to do mine eventually, along with the wiper arms since those are faded.
