Picked up some plastidip today from Pep Boys. They have a killer sale going on cans right now. For the last 2+ weeks it's been between 15° & 20° so I wasn't expecting warm enough weather to paint. Well it's been 60°+ the last 2 days so I picked up the Plastidip I needed today in hopes of doing my wheels. Turns out its going to snow tomorrow morning and be back down in the teens for the next week or more. Wtf... just my luck. I missed my window of nice weather and now I gotta wait to plastidip my wheels. I wish I had picked up the cans sooner because then I could have done them today. It was 70+ out! How does it go from 70+ degrees one day to 15 degrees and snow the next morning? Stupid earth...

Also picked up some other misc. stuff I needed to help with painting my wheels.

How my wheels look right now:

How they will hopefully look when I'm done:

Should be here by Saturday. Then I can finally get my center console in and put my jump seat up for sale. Aslong as the weather here doesn't drop back down to 15° [emoji26]

My overhead light also came, need a few more pieces before it can be installed.

Also this got delivered aswell:

Its my custom WheelSkins wheel cover from LeatherSeats.com. Now, I've never stitched or sewn in my life, so this is going to be VERY interesting lol. I'm hoping I don't screw it up and lose $70 some bucks.

Thanks, I'll check it out.

You don't have any issues clicking them on do you? I read that some LEDs in the map lights do not click on due to them being a single stack LED.
Been in for over a year no issues

Delivery at my house too. New tow mirrors. The stockers will be going up for sale soon.... chrome with turn signals, puddle lights, heated from 2011 1500 Laramie.
Did a healthy cleaning after our first snow last weekend and installed new mirrors.

Nateinva, please fold down those mirrors!!
Hahaha! They were promptly returned to their normal position....Just getting a feel for them from the stock ones right after installing. Love the increased visibility from these and the dual mirrors.

Thx! The mirrors are ECCPP brand ordered on Amazon. They have black or chrome. I went with the chrome for now to stick with the Laramie trim.

They are heated, include turn and puddle LEDs. They do not auto dim but that wasn't a factor for me. Build quality and feel is very good for non OE and $210 for the pair.

Important note when installing these....there are 3 studs that hold them in place. The frontmost stud towards the hood needs about 1/4" cut off or it will contact the body when closing the door. This was my first opportunity to use the dash receptacle...plugged the Dremel up and zipped it off in place.
