What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?

Put on my 285 55 20 Nitto Grapplers to get ready for the winter snow. And installed my muffler delete. Still undecided if I'm going to keep it or get something different.

Snow? Oh hell yeah! Could use some today. The Cooper AT 3s I had installed will take care of my winter driving needs.

been a productive day. Added Bedrug, swapped out cabin filter, did an oil change, added a Fumoto oil drain valve. But I friggin cross-threaded the valve. Pissed. No leaks but I am going to have to fix it nonetheless. May tackle the Transmission fluid/Transfer case tomorrow. Adding the Mag-Hytek transmission cover -- anxious to get that beast on.


Update -- swapped the Fumoto back out. I totally cross-threaded that pig. 14mm and my tap/die set stops at 12. Uggh.

Installed clear bra on hood and fenders today. First time Ive ever done it, came out OK I think. Note to self - white is a great color, except when stuff gets under the film...can see it so easily

Met with a custom interior gent to see about having both front seats “ beefed up “ and having headliner done in charcoal grey.

get some fabric dye and just spray paint your headliner, i did that in my show truck and get compliments on it all the time, you cant even tell its painted if done right

Spent nearly an hour trying to figure out why the windshield washer fluid would not spray this morning. Did absolutely nothing, just checked for leaks under the hood, slammed hood and tried again and they worked fine. Must have had a blockage or kink in the hose near the hood hinge...

Installed bull rings. Great product with excellent customer support. If you order these and you have the 8' bed make sure you let them know as the front two stake pockets take a wider bracket.
