whats up guys even been researching for the past week about what offset and looked at a ton of pictures but still haven't made up my mind, so after getting my lift kit i feel like my wheels look small and dont stick out far enough, so was thinking about getting some 20x12s then started to realize it'll look the same size just stick out more so not sure if i should get 20x12s with some 37 tires or get 22x11 with 37 inch tires? so what do y'all think and will 12 inch wide wheels stick out past my bushwhacker flares?? right now i have 20x9 35x12.50

I'm missing 2 cylinders
I think a 20x12 would look good, also this size will give you more rim options. 37's would look good. If you want any rim suggestions I think Hostile Sprockets would look incredible on your truck

A 20x12 would stick out pretty far considering most 12 inch wide rims have a fairly big offset. I think they would hang outside the flares

What gears do you have? that would -- for me -- determine whether or not I step up to a 37 inch tire. It's strange, some guys lifts I see that are 6 inches with 35s look great, and some look like there's too much wheel well showing.

It doesnt look bad, but it could benefit from a more aggressive offset. Do you know what you have now? I am considering the Mavericks myself in 20x10 -24 offset. You could try to get some spacers to see what it would look like. At least that's cheaper than trying to swap the rims.

Yeah I might do 20x12 with 37s and I looked up those sprockets they look sick but I don't think they make me with 5 lugs?

How do I check what gears I have...and yeah I seen some sick Rams with a 6 inch lift with 20s and 35s so idk why mines looks weird...but mines are 20x9 and currently have front spacers to clear the knuckles

I ran 20x10s with -24 offset and 35s on a 6" lift. But i had 3.55 gears and as mentioned above wanted nothing to do with 37s. For me offset is everything when it comes to how aggressive the truck looks. A buddy of mine had 37s on 20x9s on his 2500 with 5" of lift and it looked like crap. The width of the wheels makes a difference on how wide the tire looks too. My 20x10s were just past flush on my extended fender flares if that helps at all. If you're worried about rock chips go with the 10 wide. If you want stance go with a 12 wide and just be aware you can end up with some nasty curb rash on your expensive wheels.

You won't fit 20x12's and 37's on that lift setup.

Wheel size and tire size go hand in hand to determine what will fit on any given lift. 20x12's with 35's on that lift setup will look bigger than what you currently have because of the increased width. And assuming that you're running just a 6" lift, those will already rub slightly.
If you want to go with 37's you'll need to stick with narrower wheel setup or add more lift to clear 20x12's.

To check gear ratio, there should be a sticker / tag on the pumpkin or the rear axle.

And yup.

20x12 with 37's will most definetly rub without pretty good modification.

OP, for what it's worth....I will probably go down to 20x10's next time around. Even with modification...I still rub every now and then on certain incline/turns.

20x12 will rub for sure. Offset for that kind of wheels starts from -44. I wished to run 20x12 wheels with 37x13.50 Nitto EXO, but -44 is too much. Running on 20x10 -18 offset wheels and 37x12.50 tires without any issues.

What about 22x11 on 37s or 22x11 on 35s?

If you want to go to 37's I'd stick with a 10" wide wheel. 22x11's and 35's will fit no problem.
