If the frame is bent she's a goner. If not then a bed swap and probably a few odds n ends could fix it cheaply enough if you're a good diyer. How's the fuel tank look? what kind of shape was it in mechanically and mileage wise?
Not true, I had my first Ram, only a week old, on a lift that collapsed. Bent truck in half. Frames are formed now in a way that proper frame jig, heat applied in correct way, and a well trained technician can repair to factory spec with no residual problem. Since it was dealer fault, my and thier attorneys decided to fix and then take to frame specialist a few hours away, who happened to be a friend of mine. If truck was off by any measurements they would replace with new truck Long story short, frame was better than when truck was delivered to me. I drove for years with loads, no adverse tire wear, no shimmy, truck tracked correctly on all roads. Separate, I replaced my bed with southern rust free, painted to match 8 foot bed for $1200 total. Someone will get a great deal on this one

IMHO, you'd be able to get more for it with a reputable shop evaluation of the frame. Be honest and say you're not planning on fixing it, so they don't waste their time on a full estimate. Offer to pay them to just inspect and measure for frame damage.

Might net you a whole bunch more in the selling price.

Just to add you said you had no insurance. Whose property was the tree on. Homeowners insurance would pay for it. I once threw a 2 inch rock through two of my friend's Dodge Ram windows while mowing. It went through the back window and out the side like a bullet. I called State Farm where I had my homeowner's insurance and they had the glass guy out there the next day. Worth a try. If it is someone else's property they are liable.

At a minimum I would remove the bent bed. Then any damage could be seen/evaluated. Also, the flatbed idea could work if the frame's good, or just sell it with the frame exposed so no one worries about hidden damage and you can maybe get a better price. Good luck.

Just park it in front of a museum with a for sale sign on it. Somebody might think its art and make a good offer. It's abstract smash art. Latest trend

That happened to my parents neighbor, the neighbors homeowners covered it. though if the tree was dead, they may not and say you were negligent for not taking it down.

$3-$3500 tops as it sits.

Part it out after taking the insurance cut, 15 year old Ram isn't worth the trouble IMO.

This quarantine ends next week, you'll have something better to do
