Yep, check the bolts on the exhaust manifold or headers to see if there are any broken off, examine around the headers and look closely for soot leaks where the header and heads meet.

Whew, that's a bad one too. I'd be willing to bet it's at your muffler though.

It seems worse when it gets warmed up. I don't notice it at cold idle. I will check it out.. I was just under there the other day and did my usual visual inspection while waiting for the oil to drain and didn't notice anything.
