Which rain Sensor part number? (2 listed)

I need to order a rain sensor and another gel pack for my 19 2500 Limited but 2 different sensors are listed on the web site. I’m not sure which one I need. Maybe either will work… If I need to take it apart again to confirm a part number I can do that, too.

It’s the rain sensor part numbers I’m unsure of. Two are listed for my truck.
I’ll take it apart again today and see if I can find a bumper on it.

I've got a 2016 RAM 2500 and need the gel pack for my rain sensor. I knocked mine off while installing a Dash cam. SMH I can find thee sensor everywhere, but not the gel pack and attachment for the bottom of the unit, which is cracked. Any ideas?
