Which kind of wiper blades have you guys been using that fit our windshield well? Has anyone tried the new rain-x blades?

Dealer I bought my truck from must have put some new ones on when I bought it, but they're finally wore out. Since it doesn't snow or freeze (often) down here, I'm going to run the Rain-X Latitudes, the windshield form-fitting ones. I like them a lot. They're a bit expensive but they last quite a while. My 06 calls for two 24" blades.

Bosch has treated me well but I keep a wiper blade sharpener in the glove box just in case

I use the beam style ones that rockauto usually have on closeout for $3-4 each everyone I order from them.

I usually get icons but I just ordered a set from raineater. I'm looking forward to trying them out.

I also keep my glass coated with hydro2.

So these raineater wiper blades are TOP NOTCH. They are worlds better than icon or anything I've tried in the past. Even completely iced up and frozen over they still clean the glass.

latitudes for me also. They work pretty well for the daily summer storms in Florida.

Bosch seems the only blade that actually CLEANS the windshield these days.

I switched from Bosch to raineater. I'll never use icons again. MUCH better blade so far. Idk how long they last but I plow and even frozen they somehow kept the glass clear.

Just replaced the junk, Bosch blades on my moms Escape that were 8-9 months old and 27$ each! With Anco extremes, at 16$ each. Haven't "tested" them yet, but can't be worse than what she had.

I know this is kind of off topic but related at the same time...I use RainX Latitude blades love them, I also used to use the rainX brand washer fluid. Untill that is, I found out that the orange fluid clogs the sensor and had to have it replaced. So what fluid do you guys use in your trucks?

Haven't run into that problem and that's what I use.

When the dealership replaced the sensor they told me to stop using that orange rainX fluid. They even drained it and refilled it with their regular blue fluid.
