Painting a tire sidewall lettering? what to use!

i want to paint my sidewall lettering on my tire red!, i live in canada so the conditions are rough...snow/cold like crazy.....does anyone know what i could use for this ??? THANKYOU!

I would use a tire paint pen, although I'm sure it wouldn't last forever and you'd end up reapplying, not sure on longevity.

That's what people are telling me to use, where can I get it? Ebay?? Maybe in town at one automotive place possibly ? What exactly is this pen called .

Amazon.ca only has white ones, ebay had a few red ones, and a quick google search showed me a few various sites selling red ones as well. Just search 'tire paint pen'.

As wierd as this may sound, I wonder how well womens nail polish would hold up.....geez then youd have tons of colors to choose from...

Does anyone know what I can use besides a tire pen paint off ebay? I don't think anyone sells that here in town... Local stores I love near by are .. Michaels, Home Depot, Canadian tire.... And other auto stores etc.... Any tricks ideas ??

Oil based spray paint might work. Dont waste your time with an acrylic paint, itll be gone in short order.

I checked online at Canadian tire for that Dupli color didn't say they have any, I'm gunna go take a look my self tho.. That's what I need ! My letters are not solid it's just the outline

eBay seems to be the best place to get Red Tire Paint from.
I know show semi's use it, have no idea how long it lasts though
