Got my Tow Mirrors from circuitguy today. Installed them without the bracket until I get time to get the hardware to put the riv nuts in. I'll do that this weekend, and activate the codes with the alfaobd.

Mine is 2wd and 2 " rear lowered, I have been thinking about color matched flares as sort of a wide body kit. Saw a pic of one the other day that I really liked.
Im liking the matte black flares for sure. I have an all black as well and want flares but wasn't sure about the look. Mine is a 2wd with stock black 20" wheels.

I think I might pull the trigger on some.

At 2500 miles sucked out 4qts of the FF Mopar ATF+4 (through the dip stick) & refilled with 4qts of RL C+.
Somewhat of a ATF transfusion for my 68RFE.

Will do this again come Nov.

Put mine back to work today... Been renting shop space for 3 years. Now that I have a garage (and attic), I moved all my stuff home to put in my new toolbox and stop paying rent!

Considering wheel options... wife drove the truck and contracted some of that contagious curb rash that people tend to get. My first impression of seeing it was, "HOLY CRAP! That looks horrible!". But, it isn't as bad as my first impression was.

But, it brought up the conversation of possibly replacing the wheels. I have the Sport wheels, which I do like. But, I know there are a ton of options out there. Now, I'm trying to decide if I want to find some take-offs to replace mine, or go aftermarket. Then, if I go aftermarket, do I stick with 20", or drop down to 18"? Man... these decisions are horrible! :D

So far, I like these: https://www.blackrhinowheels.com/off-road-wheels-rims-mint.php

*EDIT* - Looking at the gray color... not the black.

make sure you get tires that have a little more width so you don't get that dreaded rash again

I love black rhino products. I want a set of their "madness" rims, and powder cost them black.

I've been looking at the black Fuel Coupler rims to replace my Sport 20s when the time comes.

Just finished my RA4 radio install. One easy install with all the help of Mike G. "M2 Mods" many of the forum members and Don that got me the radio. Also installed new side vent bezels to match the new center bezel. Doing the console and carpet next but going to wait till next week. People are going to freak out once they find out the truck is a basic Tradesman.

Sad thing is... my current tires do have a little extra width that I thought would protect the wheels. Granted, they are the stock size, but have a bit of a barrier.

I'll check these out. Thanks!

Be careful with 18's, way fewer tire choices and certainly not cheaper . I love my 18's but tires are sometimes difficult.

Yea, being "cost conscious", I'm in the process of a making a spreadsheet to help me compare the cost of 18's vs. 20's. So far, the tire costs are roughly the same when I start looking at 34" or 35" tires.

Mine is 2wd and the street options suck in the 18's. But trying to find a set of either Laramie or sport 20x9's for that right now and keep the 18's with the ATs.
