Is it a comp cam? If it is a 268 you're going to need a tune. Its to big for the stock tune.

the 260 and 268 both end in h-13. I cannot find a comp cam with H-10 for chrysler/dodge engines

Its close to a KRC210x cam from that card, being an 03 the 111Lsa would be a fight on tuning.

That is an interesting cam. kinda agressive duration, but very low lift compared to comp 268, krc210 or even 260. I think it even has less lift than stock cam. I believe stock 5.7 cams have .490" lift, 268 has 528/531 and 210 has 523/526. The low lift may cause vac issues and the 111 lsa may be hard to tune on an 03.

I can see the issue being running at part throttle and just trying to idle. I wonder if its measured wrong.

Just like they've been saying, since it is an '03, it'll be a pain to get custom tuned when you're done. I know places around here specifically say they won't tune an '03 or it costs more to do it.

I would see about getting a comp 260 if you want low end and no real tuning issue. Superchips running perf 91 tune should be all you need. However, every vehicle responds slightly different to cams and tuning, so there is no guarantee that you will not have any issues. You could also get a 6.1 cam, but you will not gain any low end, just top end.

I went Back to the 6.1 for winter driveability and it even runs on the 87 SC Canned Tune without throwing any cel's and has lots of Balls down low in 1st gear but I also have a stall TQ and 456's.

The 03's are special thats for sure but can be custom tuned by CMR using the DSP or home-user-tuned using the SC3865 along with a PSC1-003 Cam-Tuner.

IMO a Crazy Jay on a 114 LSA is a real safe Bet with the SC. The 260 on an 03 is hit and miss as each Truck has a mind of its own. The Predator I did not Like and restricts your Revs, but if you get real agressive and have a good tuner fellow then shifting at stock 5850 is OK...I guess.

I thought though that the idle was a PITA to get dialed in? Didnt RedtruckVA have issues there getting his cam to idle right since there is no idle adjustments that a CMR tuner can do via dsp or SCT? (at least I think SCT cant, I know the DSP can not do idle adjustments on an 03)

He is tossed in the same cam as me and is running SC and a PSC-1 with a modified map signial. Im gonna try meeting up with him when he comes back state side. I think he got his truck fairly drivable before he left I would have to check my emails to say for sure. Think he is doing an idle bump mod also of some sorts. Let me try getting him on here.

Convert, for now.
Engine
small
Looks like an advertised duration of 268, and a 210 @ .050
