Bought my ram back in May 2021, it's definitely leveled / lifted some but I'm having a difficult time determining what exactly it has... partly because I'm a RAM noob. The suspension components all have MOPAR stickers on them, so I'm leaning towards it having some type of level kit (unless its a MOPAR lift kit but I don't think so).

How can I tell what it has? It also has aftermarket tires which are SMALLER than stock for some reason, maybe the guy before me liked a little extra fender gap? They are 275/55/20 Terra Grapplers on GEAR Off Road Dominator 725 wheels. Speaking of fender gap, here are the measurements from ground to top center of fenders, are these variances normal or anything to be concerned with?

Measurements from ground to top center of fenders are as follows:
LF: 38 1/4"
RF: 38 5/8"
LR: 38 7/8"
RR: 38 3/8"
(Note the current tire size is about 1.08" shorter than stock)

Also taking to an alignment shop Monday because when parked on flat ground there's a noticeable positive camber in the front. Not sure if this has anything to do with improper level/lift.

Added some photos for reference. Any thoughts? I will need new tires soon and am trying to determine what I have "lift" wise, what size my new tires should be, and if its a decent setup or not (road driving only) before I spend the $ on new rubber. Many thanks in advance.

If that has a lift in front, it's just a spacer lift. Can't tell from the photos exactly because the spacer would be hidden inside that upper strut mount "cup", but all the stuff under it looks like just regular stock stuff.

Yeah you have a cheap spacer lift sitting on top of your strut. It’s probably a 2”

Positive camber is probably there because previous owner didn't do an alignment post spacer install. Or, they ran out of adjustment. If that's the case, then you'll need aftermarket UCAs. In my opinion, if new UCAs are needed, I would get rid of that spacer ( they should be avoided, in the first place) and just buy a good leveling kit. Plenty information on those in this forum and also a lot of expertise. Just ask.

Appreciate all the responses. Got the alignment done last week, all good to go on that front... except the fact that Firestone Complete Auto Care scratched the $#!T out of one of my front rims but I didn't see it til I got home. Filed a claim w/ corp. and it was deemed "prior damage". Def wasn't... but anyway.
Does anyone know what the original / factory measurements are from the center of the wheel hub to the top of the fender lip in front & rear? I measured from the ground to the top of fender and am roughly 38.50", but my tires are also 1" smaller than stock, so if I had stock tires I'd be around 39.50". But I understand measuring from the center of wheel hub to top of fender is most accurate and isn't affected by tire size, so wondering what that stock measurement is on a 2014 Express 4x4 so I can get a solid idea of what kind of spacers I have... feel like there might be a small one in the rear too. Thanks.

I think 275/55/20 is the stock size on RAM 1500s aren't they?

Edit: Nope, they are indeed 275/60/20. Anyways I believe factory rake stance should be about 2.5" more in the rear than the front depending on trim level and options.

I don't know about those measurements but for the rear just look if there is a spacer above or below the coil springs. If the coil springs directly touch the axle perch and directly touch the chassis there is no rear lift. A spacer would be an obvious puck (steel, aluminum or poly) not welded to the frame or axle.

In front you can find the hole in the upper spring perch and look for a spacer through there. Not easy to see with the fender liner but it will be visible or you can hold a mirror or hold your phone camera to see it.

At stock height (no spacer) this rubber ring (circled) presses directly up against the underside of the chassis perch, so you'll see the bolt and shaft from the strut sticking up through that hole and you'll be able to make out this rubber part just on the other side of the ~1/16" thick steel chassis perch it's bolted to.

If instead it's some distance down that's a spacer. Like this:

There are some "small hole" spacers that don't give you as much view of the rubber bit... that would be a GOOD thing. These "big hole" spacers are junk because the rubber part is designed to push up against the chassis and if there's nothing to push against it will self destruct sooner or later and that means you'll need new struts, new strut mounts, different spacers... or eliminate the spacers and use lift struts.

The strut is located approximately 2/3 the distance from the frame pivot and the lower ball joint which means a 1" thick spacer produces about a 1.5" lift.
