    Going with a 2500 ,at least you'll have a "Real" axle on the front instead of that after thought trans axle the 1500's use , and you still have the shifter on the floor (where it belongs) to engage 4 wheel drive instead of a knob or button.     Gotta question about the map sensor on my 5.7 Hemi, just purchased in November a 1 owner "LOW" milage (64,000 miles at the time of purchase) 2003 Ram 2500 .
