Is the code being set by the ABS? It can be set by the ABS, PCM, and the ESP modules and the diagnosis can vary depending on the source of the DTC. If it is being set by the ABS itself then you’re really either looking at a bad abs module or an open circuit somewhere in the wiring for those bud...
Looks like there’s a short plastic sleeve inside the tubing right there in between the clamps, that could be cracked as well

How well does your a/c work? I ask because my a/c fan motor went out and caused my a/c compressor to over heat and the compressor clutch would kick on so hard that when I was idling my truck would stall from the resistance it created in the belt. Make sure your belt is still tight and the...
Might need a throttle body altogether, but you’ll need a diagnostic tool, maxisys makes a tool that can access the pcm functions like that

Go buy an esim and a purge solenoid. Both parts will take you about 20 minutes to install. This is a problem with any and every dodge just about and they try to fix it with pcm updates and it doesn’t work.

What lead you to believe your issue is on the ground side? Make sure all of your tipm connectors are free of liquid and dirt, and that there are no burn marks (the plastic will be more shiny than the surrounding area if it’s been burnt) and do the same with your pcm connectors.

If you can, pull your ignition coil out of the cylinder and check for any white or light gray spots, the tiniest burn mark would mean the coil is starting to burn itself or is pulsing more voltage than it should. If that’s not the issue, then it sounds like the fuel injector is intermittently...
Also, you should try taking the blue long blue connector out of the bottom of your fuse box, the blue and orange wire is your fuel pump wire and there is a common problem with the circuit melting the connector causing your fuel pump to shut off intermittently. There’s a harness you can wire into...
The red lightning bolt is your charging system light. Sounds like a bad alternator to me. This tends to start happening around 100k miles on quite a few hemis I’ve seen

There’s so many things that come into play with Hemi misfires, I had one today in the dealership that was missing because the rings fell out of one of the pistons, if you have specific cylinders in question you can try swapping one of the coils to another cylinder and the spark plugs to a...
That’s a normal voltage. What you want to pay more attention to on your alternator is the duty cycle it’s running. A normal duty cycle is in between 30-40%, when they start getting higher you’ll notice your alternator not being able to hold the charge on your battery
