When are you folks changing your fluids?

Well I see 4000 to 5000 for most oil changes on here, but I am lucky to put 7000 on my truck each year. Should I stay with that 4K to 5K mileage for my changes?

    Octane Booster

Has anyone tried it and seen any improvement with mileage?

    Chipmunks in engine bay

Agree. I take cotton balls and soak them with a bit and place them in the engine compartment. There is also a Rodent repellent by CaraveIt you can try.

How long since you’ve driven your truck

Pretty much once a week since my wife won't let me put the trash/recycle stuff in her new Equinox.

    Anyone switched to 87 octane?

Tell me what you don't like about the Ram....

Big Horn 2019. Nothing really, but you can always say mileage.

How much better is the 5th gen ride?

Tried the 2018 first, with wife in the crew cab. Then we went ahead and test drove the 2019. The first words out of the wife's mouth were, "this drive like a car." We bought the 2019.

Hydraulic Noise heard after shutting off engine

No fluid, more like an air adjustment. Some sort of movement that didn't last long at all.

Hydraulic Noise heard after shutting off engine

I really don't notice it all the time, but coming home from town yesterday, after unloading the vehicle, we heard what sounds like a hydraulic noise coming from the vehicle. Didn't last long, probably 5 seconds at best, and seemed to be from the rear of the truck. The only thing that was in the...

    Ahhhh Rats

Had that happen in my 69 camaro. We take cotton swabs and squirt peppermint oil on them and place them inside car and engine compartment. It works.

    Exterior kind of boring

I have only seen one other truck so far with pin stripping

No I do not want to race you in your truck

I had my days also. From Vettes to Novas. Started with a 71 340 Duster, ended with a 350 SS 69 Camaro. Lots of trucks tried, but it was due to there being another similar Camaro in town, almost the same color, but not with my horsepower. I was new to town and I guess they thought they would show...
