Has anyone tried it and seen any improvement with mileage?

The only way it would help is if you were using 87 gas, and then you need the correct one they are many that do very little as far as octane. Lucas isnt a great name as they have many cheapy products, but their octane booster is one of the best, their are two or three that are really good, most are not. Generally it isnt an efficient way to get mpg, just buy a higher octane gas.

Boostane is one of the better octane boosters,but as Burla stated you're better off just buying a better grade of gas if your truck is stock,or just a mild bolt-on truck.

In all of my wife's journeys I use Lucas LUC10013 10013 Fuel Treatment, I bought it in the gallon jug as I also used it in my diesel fuel for my 2006, to see if it really worked I would put it in her gas tank and not tell her then when she filled up I would check her gas mileage, being I could see mileage improvement on average I put it in her gas every 2-3 weeks depending on how much she drove, YMMV...
