Those 35's just look way too stuffed in there for my taste, no space left in the fender at all. They look like the will hit at any minute. All personal preference of course, go with what you like.

.

If your referring to my truck, they aren’t even close to touching anything even with 12” wide wheels

I'm referring to all 1/2 tons with 35's and a small level kit. Tires just look way too big without a larger lift kit to get some space between the tires and fender. It's all personal preference though so if you like yours carry on.

As much as some people despise the thought of them lol, they are the mgp caliper covers. I like them a lot. They clean up easily and have helped cut down on brake dust on the wheels.

Any rattle or drawbacks to the covers?

Looks better than a 3/4 ton with pizza cutters on it, but like you said it’s all personal preference

I'm sorry I forgot to take my internet sensitivity training today. I've obviously hurt your feelings and I apologize.

Haha I’m cool, your the one who said “all” 1/2 tons look bad with 35s because of how stuffed they are and I agree to extent but not all have that look. You’ve said it’s preference a couple times, I dislike a **** ton of gap in the fender. I had 33s and they were too small for me so that’s why I went to 35s and wide ass wheels

I'm not one for 26" tires and 33" rubber bands on a 2500 with a 6" lift.

I had 35" om my 2500, to me it fit perfect. I know I won't like the look of a 35" tire on a truck that is lower than my leveled 2500... So.. I may stay with 33x12.5 to make the gaps look bigger..
My 2500 in the pic. Never should have sold it. ;(

EB294033-D70D-4DC8-B06F-DB95F9ECB02D.jpeg I’m running a 275/65/20 which is 34.1 inches tall and same width as the factory size. It’s the same size they run on the 3/4 ton trucks factory plus it’s a 12 ply so I should get 80K plus miles out of the set! They are Falken Wildpeaks

Do you have a full on side shot? I really like the idea of having a bit of a bigger tire. I also like the idea of having a 12.5" wide tire rather than only a 10" wide tire.

I need a 34x12.5x20 haha

275/65/20 would work well, 11 inches wide and an inch taller

Bils going on Wed, will add rear spacer after they settle a bit to make sure I get the right rear height, but expect to put 1" or maybe 1.5" back there to keep just a bit of rake.

Currently have 33" 275/60-R20 on stock Aluminum Chrome Clad rims, but will likely go to 285/65's at 34" I am thinking. Unless I can find a nice deal on rims I'll just stick with the stock rims. I also like a bit of space between tire and fender, and agree "most" true 35"'s look a bit stuffed with level only.

Although, I really prefer 18" or even 17" over 20's. I know that's not the norm but I guess being a child of the 80's I prefer a fatter tire look :p.

Actually, the more I think about... 18" tires are usually $50-75 cheaper than 20" tires anyway, maybe just apply that savings to getting some 18"rims and sell the RAM 20's. :waytogo:

EDIT - well changed my tune a bit, went with 35x11.5R20's on the stock 20's. Essentially same size as the 285/65's I mentioned above.
