As I've mentioned, I'm not trying to sue FCA for millions -- I'm simply trying to make them aware of problems in their processes that allow dealerships to commit this type of warranty fraud without any fear of getting caught or facing any repercussion from FCA.
I'm hoping that by making FCA aware, they will put better practices in place so that other innocent people don't get scammed in the future.
Not only that, these scams affect FCA negatively because the dealerships are basically stealing money from FCA.
I've said it over and over again, I'm more than willing to show FCA all of the fully unredacted emails and evidence I have, but they don't seem to care -- not even
@RamCares -- who oh so publicly posted on here saying they were willing to help -- has responded to my PM.
