Hello,

I just got my new truck a week and half ago.. whoo hoo! So I'm driving it on the freeway and I turn down the radio because I thought I heard air.. like a window was cracked open... It was the sunroof! I know I am not riding in a Cadillac, but just seemed odd... I closed the shade inside and couldn't hear it. Had my wife listen too and she could kinda hear it.. You don't have to talk louder of anything in the truck, but seems weird. I had a 2005 ram with power sunroof and never heard anything in that... Any thoughts? Thanks

First of all, congrats on your new truck. What year, model, and trim level is your new truck? It helps people help you if you would update your profile to include the truck details? Or like I did and put details in your signature.

It's definitely not normal to hear wind noise from the sunroof. Have you taken a look at your sunroof from the outside? It should be pretty obvious if it's not closing all the way or is misaligned. It should be aligned with the rest of the roof.

Had that on my new 19 Laramie. I used 2" blue 3M tape to seal all the joints and it was silent when I drove it. Started to peal off tape in sections until the sound returned. It was the front right corner.

Told dealership what I found and it was repaired quickly.
