So far haven't done anything with the battery terminals, but good suggestion, doesn't hurt to look. We did some wheeling last weekend, on some very bump / rough roads. Climb a rock faced section at a good angle, and no issues period with electrical so that gets me baffled. WIth the amount of bumps / rocks we bounced over, if there was a true electrical issue / loose connections I would have thought for sure it would have acted up then. Not sure if you've messed with your battery clamps with the work you've done but double check them. I had the stalling issue too, found the positive was not tight. Get in there and really crank on them to check. There's several "joints" to the positive cable. Also, not sure if the newer trucks have the fuse box issue but check all your fuses to make sure they are fully seated. Supposed to be a dealer inspection on delivery of a new truck but is easily missed.
lol - haven't washed the mud n dust off yet to see how much new pinstriping I acquired.
