Site says there's a $15 extra bit for 2011-2018 5.7s (which mine is)... Would this include whataver extra bit that is?

Not sure what bit they are referring to. This came off my 2014 and its two hoses with barbs at the ends and one bolt that attaches to the block. I taped up the bolt to the arm so it wouldn't get misplaced

Interesting. Wonder what the extra piece is. The mount/bracket... Is it the "z bracket, where it mounts up front, or the standard one where it mounts near the pass. side valve cover?

Yes, it mounts on the passenger side via the z bracket. I installed it without no issues on my truck and removed it with no issues.

I have this exact catch can. It was on my 17 and I was going to sell it as supposedly it didn’t fit gen 5 for some reason. Well…….it does with nil issues!
