You might want to provide more information.
How many miles are on the engine now?
Is it suffering from any of the well known issues?
What is your budget?
What is the end goal? Stock rebuild? More power?
If more power are you expecting to run on stock electronics?

Those are just some of the questions people will want to know the answers to before they can make any recommendations.

First question is why; why did you remove the heads? FYI if you were planning performance enhancements, surprise! You're screwed (very limited) because you have a 2003 lol.

The reason I removed the heads is because I had a broke spring. I cold not see that it was broken so I remove the head to inspect the valve seats and piston.
The truck has 144k it was running great and the piston and cylinders are looking good, I did not inspect the crack shaft.
This is a work truck I use it every day. It has some dings and rust on the frame. I would not want to spend a lot money but I would like the same or better performance. It has a new transmission and complete new front end suspension. What I am trying to say it has been a dependable work horse and I am willing to drop some time and money to keep it going. Any advice? "We don't know what we don't know" I want ask someone that has more experience on this matters so I can do it right the first time. I see a set on ebay with 3 year warranty for around $800. Can you guys give any pointers or advice?
I appreciate any help.
Thank you

Call some automotive machine shops in your area, they should be able to point you in the correct direction . They deal with stuff like this daily. This site has a good search engine it will provide you with lots of good info if you desire knowledge About your truck.

As long as there was no PTV contact, you should be able to clean them up, new springs, fresh gaskets, fresh head bolts and put her back together.
