Take a look over at Crutchfield.com for what will work with your truck. I'd recommend something with AndroidAuto/CarPlay (preferably wireless) support. They'll sell you everything you need including a wiring harness pre-wired so it's plug -n- play

I just upgraded the radio in my 2019 Ram Classic from the 2.0 to the Heigh 10 with the PAC control system. Couldn't be happier. It's a wonderful radio with all the bells and whistles. 10" screen, Car play. Sirius (need the add on receiver), navigation (need to buy the nav card) and 4 inputs for cameras. Not a difficult install, just need to pay attention to the details. My only gripe is you need to remove the brain from the dash to update the maps.
