2005 ram 1500 EGR delete

I just bought a Holley EFI intake manifold for my 2005 ram 1500, I got adapter plates as well. It'll fit. But it doesn't have a connection to the oe egr line so I thought about just deleting it with a plate. Any tuners that will turn it off? I know hemifever says they don't turn off emissions so I'm not sure who else to look for

You could block it off off and leave the egr plugged in maybe? so it doesnt set off the engine light not sure if this will cause other issues but worth a shot.

It has to be deleted in the tune or hooked up somehow or it will cause driveability issues. Is the rest of your engine stock?

Is this doable? I have the same thing happening. F not, what size bolts does the Egr valve take, both on mine are 10M however what’s the thread pitch? I had the tube off with breaking a bolt. However the First bolt from the block broke clean off. Looking for either removing the whole thing or changing it.

2011 5.7 doesn't have EGR.....if you actually pulled the heads (hellcat lifters lol) then you should know this. If this is for a different truck that information needs to be known.

Will blocking the eve bit plugged in work or would it trigger a clogged egr code?

The BEST thing would be to adapt it to your intake, as the cylinder bypass could blow the oil pan gasket, and would be a polluting nightmare. Bills86e
