Remote comfort features

I bought a ‘22 Ram 1500 Laramie in April. By the time it got cold enough to use my heated seats ( in South Louisiana) I realized the drivers side didn’t work. Took it in and they replaced it. Then it turned spring and summer. My cooling vented seats turn on with remote start. Now winter again and with the attic blast I learn my remote heating features don’t work. Anyone else have these troubles? Now they say they can’t troubleshoot it until the temp. drops below 40°. It’s in the 60’s here

Yes, the seats don't auto turn on until it's under 40 degrees. Really stinks. I'd prefer this be a dialable setting in the truck settings in UConnect. I too would like for it to be on under at worst 50 degrees. I also wish we'd see the return of back only setting for the heater. I'd use that year around to make my sore back happy more often.

My 21 Rebel turns on at or below 5c, the seat and steering wheel. I find it annoying. In my case, the driver seat turns on high, in 30 seconds, it's extremely hot.
Worse when Uconnect stop working, you can't turn it off. which has happened a bunch of times.

I disabled it with alfaODB.
