Did tapatalk improve the use of Android on chat boards?

I recall on my former Cave diving board it did something stupid like changed a single quotation mark into a ? mark. Or something odd like that.

.
Oh God yeah, emojis worked properly, links and pictures were easier to upload too. I miss it.

Yeah ram forum backed out of the tapatalk support about two years ago

That's unfortunate but in my attempts to load tapatalk, it appears that a connection to Google and the PlayStore is required.

I have most of that crap disabled on my phone. I turned them on long enough to have a peak and then restarted to secure everything again.

If only all my friends would buy a CB radio, I could burn my Sim card in the woodstove and forget about all this privacy nightmare called Google/Android.

Beleive it or not I'm with you. I deleted all my social media's a few years ago never looked back. I get my jollies on the ram forum haha! If you're concerned about phone security use a VPN and look into graphene operating system.

Kind of like don't remember which electric car company providing ICE engine sounds to make people feel like they're still driving a combustion engine, or Vegans wanting plants to taste like meat, plain stupidity.
and it all started with playing cards in our bike spokes as a kid:bleh:

Those gadgets remind me of stuff you’d see in a J.C.Whitney catalog many years ago. ( Yes, at one time, I just couldn’t “google” stuff on the internet! )
Oh yeah, don’t forget those deer whistles for the front end of your car/truck.

Or huge rims with rubber band tires not so great on Edmonton roads

Haha...not quite the same thing guys. You need to have a push to start button (assuming you have push button start of course), no matter what color. You also need tires, no matter how skinny. You're talking aesthetics and poor choice with those two things. But what you really don't need is to have "turbo" whistles.

My hearing is bad enuf from jets, M35A2s, and turbo whining M1a1's passing 20 feet away, amps be useless on dis BOIRD. I do have an older Vizio 5-1 sound bar, which I can hear decently at certain levels, the glory and rewards of Military Service.

Don't really miss the CB days of the 70's and 80's,and needing luck and skip to have it travel anymore then a couple miles, lol
Yeah, I don't miss those days either. I had a CB mounted to the bottom of the dash in my first car, right next to the 8-track tape deck. Which I also don't miss. LOL
