2011 ram 30k service
took my truck in yesterday for an oil change. service manager told me i should do the 30k service maintenance on my truck. spark plugs differential (and something else) $535 for everything. should i just let them do the spark plugs, and not worry about the differential at this...- jojo750

breather filter
just removed my vararam, and am trying to find another breather filter that was included with the vararam. the small one that goes by the oil filler on the engine. any suggestions? is it something super special, or can i run down to autozone and find something similar.- jojo750

Vararam (v1) Intake & 85mm ported TB (Moe's)
decided to return my truck to almost stock. bought the vararam when it first released back in 2011. installed in dec2011. includes EXTRA filter and remaining cleaning kit/oil kit. my truck only has 33k miles on it, so this probably has around 20k miles of use since installation. $225 Moe's... -
Quick Update
went in for an oil change on wed, service rep tells me that my lower ball joint (drivers side) is worn down, and would need replacing. And since im still under warranty, he can order the part and get it done by friday. no problem.... except my truck has been lowered for almost 2yrs. mcg 2/4... -
shifter handle

85mm TB install (pics)

TPMS to new rim
is there any inherent problems transfering my tpms sensors from my stock rims to new rims? talk about a pain in the ASS. every place i call, i ask a simple question. "can you swap my stock tires over to a new set of rims? how much? and can you transfer my tpms sensors over to new rims too?"... -
srt rims help

headlight adjustment
since i lowered my truck, apparently my headlights are blinding people in the oncoming traffic. so i was wondering if there is an adjustment to lower the aim of the headlights? 2011 ram i looked around the assembly and didnt see anything, but then again, it mightve been staring me in the face... -
saturday's project
finally installed my mcgaughy's deluxe drop kit yesterday. took all day since i am a mechanical idiot. but finally got it done. have to recheck some stuff today, but overall, i am happy with how it looks. also installed the belltech SP shocks in the rear. for those who wonder... -
subs/amp questions
im thinking about installing 2 subs in the storage areas under my back seat (quad cab). how labor intensive is wiring the subs and an amp? would i have to remove the center console? is mounting the amp under the drivers seat a good spot? will it overheat under there? any help or suggestions...- jojo750

im lowering the ram 2/4 using mcgaughy deluxe kit (spindles/springs). duane at 3rd strike recommended replacing all 4 shocks when doing the install. my question is simple. what kind of shocks would you use and why? im assuming i need stock length shocks for the front, since the spindle is... -
