Fog lights for no holes?

I've got the 2014 1500 Tradesman. I want to get fog lights in my bumper but all I've seen is the bumper with the long slot in center and/or the side vertical fogs.
Does anyone have a ready made kit that works in the 2 smaller center spaces?
I'm not sure where to put this, so I hope this works.

There 100s of fog lights you can find that would fit that. Or even LED light bars.

You just will have to figure out a way to mount them.

I know that much, thank you.
I thought someone maybe had an after market housing and light kit. I haven't found anything with Google so, guess not.

Yeah, it's not a very common bumper. Most have fogs already..

I just ordered a LED kit. I'm going to have to fab a connection bracket.
I'll share when I've got something going.

I bought the Westin 5.5 LED pack that comes with wires and 2 lights. They are 5 LED and combo of spot flood. I made a much larger space for the amber lenses cover and screwed it to the fascia.
I am sorry to say, it's not enough light.
