    Turbo issue?

    I have a 2016 Ecodiesel and in the course of replacing my thermostat saw oil on this tube. Photo is from below. The big hose is wet and the lower hose soaked. Is this telling me my turbo isn’t doing so well? Second issue is oil on the bottom of this oil cooler. Is that common? Thanks
