Overdrive Turns on real quick then off around 35 mph
Looking for help on a issue(?) with my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 46re. When Im driving at about 35-37 mph the truck jumps into overdrive for almost excatly a 1 second. It jumps about 400 rpm or so. Slow reaction of overdrive could give me a speeding ticket
The overdrive on my 2017 Tradesman is slow to change gears. When going up a hill, it doesn't start to gear down until going about 5 mph under the set speed. 2002 4.7 with 545RFE and 4.56:1.00 trutrac = AWESOME!!!

I have a 97 1500 and the transmission is in limp mode. I ran the codes and got a P753 & P1765. I've tried clearing the code to no avail, No control voltage to the trans relay.
