97 1500 Transmission CODE p753 and p1765 HELP !

I have a 97 1500 and the transmission is in limp mode. I ran the codes and got a P753 & P1765.
I've tried clearing the code to no avail, No control voltage to the trans relay. I have voltage to the common for the normally closed switch. The relay works on other sockets ( a/c Relay). the overdride does not work either. I am at my witts end on this. do I replace all the solenoids in the transmission or is it in the PCM? I really want to keep this truck, I hope it won't cost too much to repair and keep.

Before you go tearing into solenoids, I'd pop the electrical plug off and see if you can look at the condition of the pins. Throw some dielectric grease, clear the code and see if that helps.
