02 4.7 5spd 4x4 very poor amount of power

I need help check engine light came on and doesnt have very much power?? My dads has tons of power same engine but automatic...please help!!! Checking the code tomorrow will post code and what code mean than

Code is p0301 cylinder 1 missfire....will it be just a coil pack

Was the coil pack goes good now and way better milage 24.6mpg at 110
