I have an 03 with 5.7. It’s a project and didn’t come with 02 sensors. They were cut out, basically straight piped with a muffler. It is running very rich. I have read about 02 sensor dummies. Problem is, I have no way to install them. Is there a product that plugs in and tricks the ecm to thinking all is good?

Hit up Ryan Hogan at FRP/Flying Ryan Performance as he has more tuning experience with that system then most tuners..You could always weld bungs back in, fix the wiring and re-install the 02's using spacers.
BTW you're in the 5th Gen section, you might get more answers if you posted in the 3rd Gen section.

Put at least the first the O2 sensors back in. The second one that goes after the Cat you no longer have is fine to leave out but you need to turn off the warning light. There are inexpensive weld in bungs to make it easy. Google it, even Amazon sells them.

You will never get it to run right unless it knows what mix to set or you go through extensive ECM setup and a tune. As is, it will default to as fat as possible, which sucks for mileage and performance.
