Hi guys i have a 2007 ram 1500 with the 5.7 hemi. Its been having this problem for awhile but im really curious what is causing it. Its runs and drives fine and you can pass other cars without any lag. But if i go 3/4 throttle or more the truck just drops rpm's down to like 1k but it doesent shut off. More or less like i let off the throttle completely but i didnt. It doesent seem like its slipping into neutral cause it wouldent drop rpm's it would rev up instead correct? Im sure its something electronic but idk where to start. This has been a great truck and im fixing to his 300k on it. Any help is appreciated thanks.
