Hello I have a 2015 ram 5500 6.4l V8. The truck randomly went into limp mode and would not let me rev over 2500 rpm, as I was trying to get home it would also rev up and accelerate on its own. I got a message “ service electronic throttle control” I replaced the throttle body and relearned it. It was working for about 10 mins before the same problems came back.

Not sure what to do here, I’ve been Researching and trying different things for 3 days now, does anyone know what could be the problem here. Thank you

Do you have a pedal commander or other throttle control add-on? If so, remove it from between the gas pedal and the gas pedal harness and plug your gas pedal back in directly to the harness. You'll need to clear the fault using a tool like AlphaOBD linked to a OBDMX+ or similar. Make 100% SURE your ENGINE IS OFF when you clear the code. Then turn the ignition off, and walk at least 30' away for about 10-15 minutes. Come back after that and start your truck up, give it a test drive, and see if that fixed the problem.
