08 Mega Cab 1500 vs. 08 Power Wagon

Hello all, I have a 2008 1500 Mega Cab with the 5.7 Hemi. I drive a 2008 Power wagon 2500 5.7 Hemi at work and the power wagon seems to have a lot more power even though it has the same engine. Does someone know the difference in the two ie. different gearing or transmission. I really like my truck I have had it for about 8 years but I would like some more torque for towing and better response for passing like my work truck has. suggestions besides a new truck the best thing about mine is its paid for.

Power wagon has 4.56 from factory and the megacab most likely has 3.73s and its heavier. You can regear your megacab at a shop but be prepared for 2-3k

You can get the build sheet for both the 1500 mega and power Wagon from the following website. You will need to enter the VIN number for both vehicles.

BTW: The mega cab has the 2500 running gear I suspect and if the Power Wagon is truly a 2500 then the overall weight of both should be about t0he same.
