Hey guys. My friend recently leveled his truck using 3-inch coils but didn't like how low the truck still sat. He gave me the coils and I've been wanting to throw them on. The only problem is that my truck only needs 2 inches for a level. Was wondering if anyone is running one inch higher or half an inch on the front than the rear and wouldn't mind posting a pic. I just want to see how it would look so I can know whether to also purchase a spacer for the rear. I know some wouldn't like the idea but I'm open to something different if it looks good. (Also I'm looking at either some 20x12s or 22x12s on 35 or 33 inch tires) Thanks in advance for any feedback.

The "California lean" definitely isn't for everybody. Try it, see if you like it, if you don't, order a rear spacer.

That stance is also called bulldogging.

Some people like them lower in the back. Its just a look some people like and some hate, no different than wide 12" wheels sticking out from the fenders, some hate it and some love that look, or 24" wheels with rubber band tires, some love it some don't. Its all just personal preference.

With bil's set at 2.1 my truck is dead level and it doesn't look right in my opinion. I'll be getting 1"rear spacers.

The cali lean shouts D bag. But if you go that route make sure you have a flat bill hat and white sunglasses.

We were just in AZ, and saw 3 or 4 bulldog trucks. I don't get it, but some do. just not for me, thank you.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of the look either.

The kid up the road from me wanted to buy my '08 and do the "lean" on it...I told him that I wouldn't sell it to someone who was going to do that to it.
