12” infotainment system

All,
Is anyone else having problems with yours “locking” up? Periodically, mine decides to not work and nothing works with the touch screen. Dealer always blames software updates and never has a fix. Truly tired of this and want it solved. Could it be the unit and they just don’t want to replace? Had no issues with my 2021 Scat Pack. Truck is a 2022 1500 Laramie eco diesel.
