My only requirements when I was looking were 5.7 and CC, bit I lucked into a good deal on a 6'4 4x4 and I'm glad I did. After driving a jeep jor 12 years it's been a pain relearning how to park a normal sized vehicle, but I love having some room in the back.

Interesting to see what you call a "normal sized vehicle" :)
Over here, my QuadCab is already considered waaay oversized.

My garage is a detached 24x24 and I have no problem putting my cc with 6.4 bed, the wife's Durango, and all the other usual yard junk in there.
Same here, it is close but it does fit and there is still room to squeeze by walking in front and back of the truck with the garage door shut.

I only tried it just to see....I can fit my 6’4 CC in the attached garage...1” from door and 1”from the second refrigerator on the other end...chuckles. Just being honest here, having it outside gives me an excuse to clean or wax it...to me, parking a Ram in the garage is like putting a pink doggy sweater on a german shepherd or a bunny suit on a grizzly bear.
The missus can keep her ‘18 Denali Terrain in there, no fight from me

Come down here and get in the truck on an August day after sitting outside.

Pretty sure 90-100 degrees in Va is the same anywhere else its 90-100 degrees. Nice humidity here too.
The point was putting a big tough truck in the garage...when its in the driveway theres so much more room for activities!!!

Put it in a 30X40 barn and you can detail the hell out of it day or night regardless of the weather. Then you can walk around it and admire it for six months waiting for the roads to be salt free.

This is what used to sit in it. There is a one Harley sized enclosed trailer, a boat and two riding lawnmowers in there too so they make up the difference now. No matter how much space I have always managed to fill it up with something.

I don’t think a lot of people use the bed for “truck” things as much as truck buyers did in the past. So the shorter truck is a better seller due to being slightly easier to fit in tight spots.

When I was looking to buy I searched all over for the 6’4” bed in a CC and it was tough. Ended up with this sport model that I’ve been really happy with so far.
