Finally measured and its uneven and body lines don't line up. Took it back to where I got wheels/tires/shocks and lift and they said everything looks fine and pointed out the body lines don't line up. (I did notice it sat lower on passenger side before lift) so I'm waiting to here back from body shop at dealership for an appointment but since I was on the lot I quickly checked another express quad cab 2wd and it looked like it was also lower on the drive side. The body line doesn't line up on that side but is fine on the driver side, also the gap from the bumper to rear end/tailgate area is off.... Anyone else with a crew cab 2016 express have the same issue? Can only post one pic for some reason

Same at dealership

So just ran up to the dealership and looked at other 1500 express trucks and sure enough the body line on the passenger side is off. Asked a salesman if it's just how it is because I don't want the body shop ripping apart my truck and not fix the issue and he tried tell me the parking lot in not level you can't determine that from taking messurments. Tried to tell him multiple trucks at multiple spots on the lot all leaned to the right and he didn't want to hear it. FACTORY FLAW???!!!

I disagree. Obviously we can sometimes expect some small issues here and there but if the bed isn't put on correctly I want it to be fixed.

To be honest, based on the pictures I cant see the issue. Not saying you don't have an issue, just that to me the pictures are not obvious to me.

I've got a couple small issues but that's the way it was built and that's the way it's going to stay. Nobody else would even notice. I do not want someone at a dealership screwing with my new to me truck unless it would be a very obvious flaw. My barometer is the wife. When I point something out to her and she says, " what I don't see it" then it's case closed for me!

Yea it's hard to see in the pics and it's not a HUGE difference but after paying over 2k for a lift it seems to bring out the issue more. I mean I spent money to get a 4 inch lift and 1.5 in the rear and from side to side it's 1/2 an inch to an inch different. And the truck is brand new so you'd think if they are putting out a product that 30k plus it would be level from side to side

I agrre

And I agree I don't want them ripping apart the truck to "fix" the issue if they are coming off the assembly
Line like that. I told the collision center is rather have them tell me the reason why they are all like that than to keep my truck for a few days and fix an issue that's not really causing an issue and possibly give me another issue. Yet even when I called Chrysler they don't have an answer.
