17 X 7.5 Styled Steel wheels on 2003 2500 4WD

Howdy All I just purchased a 2003 Ram 2500 4WD quad Cab long bed that came with the factory 17 X 7.5 styled five spoke steel wheels.
I had never seen these before...they look like alloys. Were they common in the Northwest ?

Trying to get familiar with the truck....there are many things on the build sheet I don't know....Front Air Close Out Panel ? Center Hub ? Customer Preferred package 2TA & 26 A ? 4X4 tracking ?

Front air closeout panel is the front bumper filler panel (because it wasn't delivered with tow hooks).
Center hub should be the hub caps.
2TA if I'm not mistaken is a tow option (do you have 4 or 7 pin?).
26A is most likely related to the engine and it's accompanying options.
Only way to know for sure with those is to contact a dealer or FCA directly for an option breakdown of those codes. My 2003 1500 has 2TGA & 29G.

Thanks Spoke with a dealer yesterday and he did not know what the options were...no worrys.
