1992 D150 318 fuel inj trouble w nss where should I be posting for this vehicle ?

My 92 d150 neutral safety switch trouble put a new nss had trk going again upon driving ran rough like running out of gas got al block away it quit now no start again was told had too much fluid in tranny is this true? Would that make it no start now ? Seems like nss is bad like before I changed it out ???

You can jumper the two nss wires together and see if that fixes the issue
