1993 Dodge W250 Brake Issues

I seem to be having what I think are brake issues with my 1993 w250. When I press on the brake pedal it seems like it is pulsating when applying pressure, and the front end of my truck shakes from side to side. If I pump on the brakes before applying pressure to the pedal it seems to help a little, but still wobbles quite a bit.

Pulsating usually indicates warped rotors

Also check how well the calipers sit in the mounts.

It takes a lot to warp the 1.5" thick rotors. The 1.25" thick ones are much easier to warp.
