I have a 1994 dodge ram 2 wheel drive truck. When I start the engine, I do NOT switch on the headlights or cargo light switch, however the cargo lite and tailights come on (very dim). Also, the truck stalls out when I put it in reverse (it seems the backup lights might be the cause of the stall but I'm not sure).

Q: Is this a problem with:
- wiring?
- ignition switch?
- computer

I have already changed the headlight switch and the multifunction switch.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would try tracking the wiring for your lights to make sure there's no wire damage and nothing is grounding or sparking anything else.
