What's up every one. Here is my daily driver. 1994 1500. Reg cab short bed. Lifted 6" true dual exhaust with a clean frame and most of the body is too. Just rocker and cab corner on driver side. Paint is rough but it's a daily truck and i don't care about paint all that much. It has the 5.2 mag for a heart. Sounds good but power is slightly missing. Did some reading and trying to narrow down what needs to be done. So far here is what happened in the as of now 2 weeks I had the truck. Fixed cigar lighter wasn't working. Little bit of 12 volt knowledge. Always start with fuse. But PO had done some of his own wiring took a bit to get it figured out. But ain't nothing with a power probe. Invest in one! Other stupid stuff like dome light bulb got rid of that buZzer and installed some nice hid in the head lights.

Traveling to the Newark airport on Easter I nailed a pot hole and snapped the studs off my wheel spacer on the front wheel. Was fine. And no real damage other then a nice shaved down rotor. I took the truck off the 2" spacers and like the look even more. Rides a bit better as well. If you have spacers please make sure your not riding on the studs. Get open end lug nuts and set the rim agains the spacer and not on the studs. Could of been deadly but happend at the right time thankfully. I put all new steering parts in. Tie rods ball joints and track bars. Saving up for a redhead gear box and support.

Next step is going to be this clunking noise. Here is the scenario.

At any time I give it some throttle. Not to the floor but a little more then you would coming from a stop sign or light. The Rpm would climb a bit truck won't move. Feel the entire drive train move back hear a hard cunk then truck would move. I got under neith and can push my xcase and trans up. I'm thinking mounts. But not sure if that would be the main cause of this. If I give it normal throttle it don't do it. Truck moves instantly and don't feel like drive line is thrown back. No clunks. Weird but bothers me.

After that is fixed I'm gona be doing the plenum repair and full top end service and clean up the engine bay.

All tips and hints would be greatly appreciated and as always. Thanks in advanced.
