1996 Ram 2500 4x4 Quad Cab - computer box under driver's seat, help

So, I'm cleaning out the new to me truck and this computer box is under the driver's seat. There is a computer interface plug that is plugged in and a coaxial cable that is unplugged. Does anyone know what this is? I have been searching for SUN1800UA with no luck.

OK, I think it's a transceiver box for an old cell phone, the kind that required enormous power and had the huge batteries to be portable. The computer cable goes to the vertical stand on the tranny hump and the coax cable is the antenna cable. It is getting removed.
